My teaching philosophy
“At first, you learn how to think and what to focus on. Then comes an understanding of how everything works. After that, you practice — sometimes repeating the same skill again and again. And finally, you start to feel this beautiful instrument — the cello.”

adults
I teach adults of all levels — from complete beginners to advanced players. Whether you are just starting out, returning after a break, or refining your technique, lessons are adapted to your goals and pace. My oldest student so far is 73 years old.
kids
I teach children online from age 6 with a parent present, and from age 8 without a parent present — though parents are always welcome to join if they wish. Lessons support general brain development and are suitable both for children preparing for exams (AMEB, ABRSM, RCM, Trinity) or auditions and for those learning cello as a hobby.
special needs
I teach autistic students as well as students with ADHD. Lessons are adapted to individual needs, pace, and focus. For better connection and progress, more frequent lessons are usually recommended.
